I found the staff quite attentive. Flory assisted me with bus routes! the hotel features a spa, and i used it daily after tours. my room felt modern and clean.
I noticed public works happening just outside. This was somewhat bothersome.

The hotel is near downtown. A quick walk gets you to shops and attractions. The staff was great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. i really enjoyed the spa, especially the hot tubs. Relaxing after a day exploring was fantastic!

the location is just great, only a short walk to shops and attractions downtown! the rooms are clean, well-equipped, and oh so comfortable. i found the staff at the front desk super friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions.
i noticed the breakfast area gets quite crowded during peak hours. sometimes it was hard to find a free table, maybe more space is needed. this would make the experience even better

I loved the hotel spa area. There were two hot tubs, one indoor and one outdoor, i enjoyed the sauna after a long day out! the hotel has a restaurant, Jörgensen Kitchen, which serves Icelandic cuisine with vegetarian choices.

The location was very convenient. Bus stop 13 was just outside. This made tour pickups easy. Breakfast at Jörgensen Kitchen & Bar had good options. I am grateful for the excellent food for lunch and dinner.
The gym was quite small. It included one treadmill. It included a rower and cycling machine. Our room was either very hot or very cold.
